Summary Field missing when creating "Story, Task, Epic, and Test"

Hello,

I been having a weird problem with Jira. Somehow the summary field has disappeared for Issue Types "Story, Task, Epic, and Test". Only "Bug" still have all the standard fields available. I reviewed every settings, and made sure those field are not marked as hidden. But still can't find the solution. 

Anyone faced the same problem before?
