Suddnly I can not use JIRA comment.How can I solve this problem?

I use JIRA with gogle chrome.

I can not use JIRA comment from last week. I rerun my PC. but I can not.

I can see comment for a moment and disappeard.

My coworker can use it. Just only me...can not.

How can I solve this problem?

I cleaned google chrome data.so I can use JIRA comment.
