Suddenly, the program disappeared from the computer.

Only the JIRA program has disappeared.
It was a computer that nobody used.
I don't know why.

Was there another issue like this?

Backup files are saved.
However, the program has been deleted.

Do I need to reinstall it?
I forgot everything because the setup method was old.

There's not a lot we can do to help you here.  Jira does not have any function that will just delete itself.  Only the users of the computer can uninstall or delete it.  If you need to find out why, you are going to need to ask everyone who has access to that computer.

If you have backups, yes, you can re-install.  If you unzip a backup and look at the xml, you should find a version in there, which you can then re-download and re-install - once it's working, use "restore system" to get the data back from the backup file.
