Hi, In my team some users did not get email notification suddenly. I read lots of questions in community pages. But I have not solved my issue yet. I control the users account settings and email settings but I did not find anything? Could you help us?

Can you please elaborate when those user are not getting notification?
apart from that user other user are getting email notification?

There might be some issue from 2 account. they might unsubscribe the notification or block the notification.
Can you check with them or check with mail server team that there is any way to see if anything as such happen for 2 account.
Can you also check that 2 account are part of notification scheme.

They are not getting any notification for two months.
Other users are getting notification, they do not any problem to get notification.
By the way, I get notification too.
