As the title says, some employees have suddenly been unable to register issues in projects since early October.
I would appreciate it if you could elaborate on what parts I should check.

Here's where I would start looking.
First, do those users still have a valid Jira license? Sometimes companies do a license cleanup to save on costs and if a user isn't active for a certain period of time, a Jira admin might remove the Jira license. . and without a license, you can't create/register tickets.
Second, were there any updates to the permissions of that project. There is a Create Issues permission associated with this project.
I would look into those 2 first before troubleshooting other things.

All license permissions are valid. And the strange thing is that when creating an issue through the button at the top, it is created normally, but when creating it using the calendar, an error occurs. All other users are creating it properly using the calendar.
