good day, How can I set up subtasks to be generated automatically when creating a story?

There are a few add-ons that will provide you with a "create sub-task on issue create" function.

Create on Transition for Jira and ScriptRunner for Jira are commonly used and recommended to achieve this functionality.

Based on your choice of the app you can use COT reference / Script Runner reference.
