Hi, I want to permanently have a view of all done tasks in my project. How do I permanently stop tasks/issues from disappearing when marked as done?
Hello @Slade Rose
The functionality you are observing is by design. In a Backlog screen, only work that has not been completed will be displayed.
For Active Sprints you can see the Done issues on the Board view.
You can view all the issues in the Sprints by reviewing the sprints under the Reports option, or by using the Search Issues screen. You can view all the issues in the project also through the Search Issues screen.
Okay great thanks for the explanation. Is there any way I can change that default design?

Ho @Slade Rose
Can you provide us with more details on what you mean by view? Are you using a kanban or scrum board for example.

Hi, sure I'll attach a screenshot.
If I adjust one of those issues in the yet-to-be-started sprint to done, the issue vanishes. The same happens with a sprint that has started. I want to be able to always see all issues created within the project. I want nothing to be hidden or removed from a board or sprint once it is completed.

In the backlog view, subtasks are not displayed by design. You can only see them in the active sprint.

It's not a subtask, it's a story issue that disappears after setting its status to done.
