this is possible to write JQL to display all of task: 
1. with subtask assigne like assigne of task
2. with test casle assigne like assigne of task

I need list of tasks where person assign is same as in subtask related to paren task.

i have task a, and subtask b which is a child of a.

a.assigne == b.assigne

Have you looked at Scriptrunner to run a search query, as JQL is limited. You could look at the documentation here.  You can look at the getting started pages on Adaptavist's website.
