Hi
Couple of our users on my team received an email regarding Jira subscription and if it is not renewed then the data will be lost. We have are on annual standard plan. I am confused at the site it shows in the email. Could this be a phishing email? Is it safe to ignore it? Can someone from Atlassian support please weigh in?
Thanks
Varsha
Hello @Varsha Joshi
Does the site and product listed in the message match the site and product for which you have an annual subscription?
Since this is presenting as a Billing/Licensing issue I recommend that you contact the Billing, Licensing, Pricing support team through their contact page here:
atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing
No the site in the email does not match what we use, that is the confusing part.
Thanks for pointing to billing.

If the site doesn't match your annual subscription then it is likely that the users receiving the emails are designated at Billing Admin/Contacts and/or Organization Admins of the specified site.
If you are not a contact/admin for that site, then Atlassian is not likely to provide you with any information about it. The users who received the emails will need to contact Atlassian about those messages.
