Subscribe to Filters

Hey there! How can I subscribe individual users to a filter and not an entire user group?

For instance, I have Filter 1 that I want to go to Users A, B, C, D, and K.

Hi @Natalie Cotela

You can only personally subscribe to a filter or subscribe a group to a filter, not other users.  Your best option in this case is to set the filter to viewable, share it with the users you'd like to subscribe, and have them subscribe individually.

There was a feature request/suggestion for this (see JRACLOUD-9746 but it has been closed as Won't Do.

No problem; if you're the admin for your site, it may be best to set up a group for this, unless you have a bunch of these types of requests.  Using a group lets you easily change membership without touching the filter.
