I am facing an issue when there is an updated event in Jira project and that also shows in operation calendar. However it does not reflect in out look calendar.
Quick question - where exactly did you create this connection in Operations? Are we talking about Change calendar subscription/integration or something else?
If it's a change calendar, I believe the subscription link can sometimes become stale, so try refreshing the connection to see if that works. 👀
