SAFe said and advise that a story point was 1 day = 8 hours of work by person.

Although it really is the relationship between the amount of time that is required depending on the number of people who work (People / hour, hour / person, people / month), use three fixed variables, which time, number of people and availability of this people.

It is much more complex than I thought, but I suppose that in the end the points of the story are adjusted and that each team ends up giving the estimated times.

Hello @Eduard Diez

You have asked a pretty broad question and honestly you should have an Agile coach on board for first few months of your Agile journey. Atlassian tools support Agile processes but you should first see what will works best for your team based on the maturity of the team and then configure the tools to support your process instead of tools dictating the process it's best for tools to support the right process.

A lot to say here and I think the best way would be to read Agile Tutorials that include all the basic information how it is done in JIRA - https://www.atlassian.com/agile/tutorials
