Structure pulling incorrect issue types when using existing Filters or JQL

I created the Structure and using One Time Synchronization "Import into Structure" from the existing filter, every time i am using the filter or creating JQL to update, the issue types are pulling from the incorrect filters.  I am not able to resolve why this is occurring, pulling the wrong data into the structure.  Please help.

Hi Sangita,

We would need more information to investigate the issue, perhaps you can create a ticket in our ServiceDesk (just send an email to support@almworks.com) with step by step description of what you are doing, what result you expect, and what you get instead (filter contents, etc). I must note though that we have developed Automation to replace Synchronization, because of the multiple problems Synchronization carry.
