Structure- issue fetching child issues from multiple projects

Hi,

I have tried searching for an answer to my issue but no luck.

I have a structure that I built by selecting all Features from a specific project and extending it with the features Child issues. In my company we follow the (Epics- Capabilities- Features- Stories) hierarchy and each of those levels is its separate project.

The Child issues got imported, however not for all Features. One project is missing and I cannot figure out why. I want all the stories to be visible like on the second picture but you see on the third picture, I have a lot of Features that have stories under them but they don's how up. Those stories are not in the CDWI project but a different one.

Can it be because we recently migrated to the new project? Can this be somehow fixed?Structure set up.PNGCorrectly working part.PNGIncorrectly working part.PNG

Hello @Julia O

Please make sure that:

1. Missing Stories of Features are indeed linked to them with the Parent link. If they don't or if they have a different type of a link, then you should add a relevant Extend generator for adding issues with this link to the structure.
2. The Stories' project is added to the 'Projects with Structure' list at Administration | Structure | Configuration. If a project is not included on that list, it will not be possible to add any issue from it to any structure.

I hope this helps. If this doesn't resolve the matter, please reach out to us directly at our support portal.

Best regards,

Hello! Sorry it took me so long- it was a configuration issue, the projects needed to be added to the 'Projects with Structure' list as you suggested.

Thanks!
