Structure deactivated - how to enable it again?

Hi,

I knew I was using the trail version of Structure. 

But suddenly, without any warning, I received the following email.

Your Structure by Tempo - Jira Portfolio Management PPM subscription has been canceled

Hi,

We’ve canceled the following subscription. This is because we’re missing the right payment details, so we weren’t able to process your payment.

Subscription: Structure by Tempo - Jira Portfolio Management PPM
Billing cycle: Monthly

What do I need to do?

If you want to keep your subscription, you can update your billing details and then reactivate.

To reactivate your subscription, go to Subscriptions > Inactive tab > Reactivate.

Of course I want to keep Structure. I therefore updated the payment details and went to Subscriptions > Inactive tab but the list is empty. 

I can still see the link to Structure in the nav bar on the left side under "your apps". When I click on it, I get the following message: 

"You do not have a valid license for Structure Cloud, or it has not been enabled. Please contact your Jira administrator."

Luckily I am the administrator but I have no idea what to do. I also tried to click on "try it now" in the app market but it also says that I don't have a valid license.

Feels like I am running in circles. But how to break out?

Check with your org admin, they might have disabled the app or uninstalled it.

Or there might be a payment issue.

Since both subscriptions & app installation are managed by Atlassian, I suggest submitting a support ticket at the portal and seeking assistance with your Structure license.
