Structure.Gantt: Start Date is equal to Sprint Start date by default , but may change

I  need to set the default value  of  the Start Date to be equal to Sprint start date  in  case there are no dependences ,  otherwise the start date should be calculated according to the issue dependences.

How this can be defined?
