Structure Agile Gantt Chart plugin question

I know this is an external plug-in but thought I'd give it a shot asking this community. 

Is it possible to set up an Agile Gantt Chart for multiple Jira projects that do not share a board, therefore do not share sprints. 

For example, I've set up Advanced Roadmapping in Jira this way, I can set it up via a custom JQL for issue source with some loss of functionality, ie. I can't assign sprints directly from Roadmap. I can view the sprints however on the Roadmap. Would Structure Agile Gantt be able to do this if not the ideal scenario above?

If I understand your use case correctly, yes, this is possible using Structure and Structure.Gantt.

You can visualize issues from multiple projects and also assign them to the Sprints from their respective boards.
