Hi,

1. Is it possible to add second field of story points in one subtask and task, for example "Story Points Backend" and "Story Points Fronted"?

2. How to turn on number of story points?

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? You can find that information at the bottom of the navigation panel on the left when viewing the project/board.

A Jira Admin can add custom fields of type Number for those two fields you want. Those fields can then be added to the Screens for the issue types where you want them available.

However it is not possible to customize the fields that are in the Subtasks/Child Issues display within an issue view. There is a change request for that to which you can add your vote/comments.
