If a team allocated story points at the epic level, e.g. 200 points for an epic, and then the epic gets broken down into stories, and the stories are sized with points, say 20 points for one story from the epic, do the points allocated to a story that is from the epic reduce from the epic total, in the above case would the epic then be 180, or are the story points double counted in the velocity calculation? i.e. 220
