Story points field is blank in Backlog view, but we have story points in our User Stories

We are entering a story point in our User Story, but when we look at the Backlog View it doesn't show up. When I hover over the the Story point field in the Backlog view, it says Task Progress.  I checked another board's Backlog View and hovered over the story point field and it says Story Points.  I am not sure how to change the Task Progress field to Story Points in the Backlog view.  This is also affecting our Velocity Chart which shows nothing.

Are you working with issues in a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project?

Use the Story Points field only if you are using a Company Managed project. Use the Story Points Estimate field only if you are using a Team Managed project.
