Welcome to the community.
Do you mean your Agile boards - i.e. Scrum Board or Kanban board?
If you create a Team Managed Software project, during the creation process it will ask which type of board you want and create it for you.
If you create a Company Managed Software Project, then you will need to manually create the board. Pull down the Board option and select Create Board at the bottom of that pull-down.
If this doesn't address your question, please provide more details about what you are trying to accomplish.
