Storing the last SVN revision number

Is it possible to store the last SVN revision number in a dedicated JIRA field? And then filter JIRA records by it?

New to Jira On Demand and we have a need to be able to do the above.

I'm afraid you'd need a bit of code to provide that, and you can't install code on OnDemand.
