Stories that are "done" showing as "In Progress" in the Sprint report

About a third of the Stories in my Sprint shows as "In Progress" in the sprint report. When I view them individually and in my scrum board they show as "Done". But they show up in the Sprint report as "In Progress". This does not happen for all of them.

It's a scrum board and they all have sub-tasks. The sub-tasks are all in the "Done" column. We move the Story to its done status when the sub-tasks are done.

So what columns are the stories in? Specifically where on the board (not too worried about column name, just what the order is - are they in the very last column on the right?)
