Stories not appearing in Portfolio when team filter applied

I have tried everything...

When I apply my team filter and then compare my list of stories (in Portfolio) with the equivalent JQL query (in Jira Listings), there are stories missing in Portfolio.

The strange thing is that I can see the story listed in Portfolio before I apply the team filter which obviously implies that it's something to do with the team filter. However, the source of the team's tasks are based on a specific label which is added to the story.

The plan has the following configuration:

  • Story is assigned to an "unreleased" release version
  • Filters are all public
  • Filter permissions are public
  • Story has not been explicitly excluded before
  • No filter has been applied (apart from team selection)
  • Story is not dependent on any other issue type and is assigned to an Epic

Any ideas???

Hi @Nick Bernon,

Could you check if the "unreleased" release is also included in the portfolio plan? If it is not, the stories will not be included in the plan.

Yes, the unreleased version is included in the Portfolio plan. Any other ideas?
