Stories and Epics Missing

Hello, 

I am the main Admin for Jira at ASI. We are currently seeing issues in our Jira as a whole. If we are on our current sprint board, there are stories missing. If we go to backlog, we see stories missing there as well. Whether or not they are in current sprint. When you go to the All Work tab of the board again you see missing stories but also Epics. The only area in Jira we are able to see our Epics and Stories is under Timeline. 

Again this is happening for every project we have in our Jira.

There is an active incident in Jira at the moment - https://status.atlassian.com/ but it sounds like you need to open a ticket to the service desk. who can have a look at your site to see what is going on - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/
