StonikByte Great Gadgets for Jira Cloud installed but not available for use

We recently installed this app but it is not appearing on the apps section so I do not have access to the app to use. Did anyone experience this problem and if so how can this problem be resolved? Thanks

I am Danut from StonikByte - the app developers.

Not sure what could be wrong.

Are you also a Jira admin? If not, the app might not be actually installed, but only in a "requested/pending" state waiting for the Jira admin to install it. 

Also, this app only consists in gadgets, it does not appear in other areas on Jira (such as the left Apps menu). To use it, go to Dashboards menu, open an existing dashboard or create a new one, click Edit, click "Add gadget" and then search by "stonikbyte" to list its gadgets.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

This app does not appear in the expanding Apps list, I think.

The app is designed to provide additional gadgets for use in the Jira dashboards. So, to "use" the app, create or edit a Jira dashboard and add a gadget. You can see the gadgets provided specifically by the app by type "stonikbyte" into the filter.

If you look on the Great Gadget's Support page, you will see a link for "Engage with Atlassian-hosted discussions". Click that link to create your question in the correct part of the Community forum with the appropriate app tags for someone from StonikByte to pick it up.

Alternative, the Support page has the email address for StonikByte's support team.
