Hey guys,
I'm sure there is a simple fix but this one has had me pulling my hair out, I have set up a workflow for my Jira Project, it goes:
- Start (Create)
- Design
- Ticket Creation
- To Do
- In Progress
- QA Test
- Done
However, I am noticing the often the Design & Ticket Creation issues are just randomly filtering out (with no filter settings active) and it's causing me to often lose track of tickets, the design and ticket creation statuses are intended for me to understand what is being designed and what still needs descriptions for tickets.

Make sure all of those statues are mapped to columns on your board.

In what screen are you seeing the issues being randomly filtered out?
Can you provide a screen image of the workflow?
With what type of project are you working?
You can find that information in the Type column on the View all projects page which is under the Projects menu.
