Hi Team, I need to add few more status for my task. Currently i have default column as "To Do" , "In Progress" & "Done" however in case of a Bug, this is not enough as tester find it that it has not been properly resolved by developer so need to have another status column  REOPEN and then after resolving once again need to test and again mark it CLOSE if all works fine ELSE once again in REOPEN Mode. 

So I need to add two more column that is " Reopen" & "Close".

Please help me to know the flow how to add these columns?

You will need to talk to your adminstrators.  Depending on your setup, your project admins may have some edit rights over your workflow.  If not, then talk to the Jira admins.  Either way, you need to edit the workflow to have your new status.  Then you need a board admin to make the columns map correctly.
