I have an issue whereby if I move a ticket to a statsus that has a 'rejected' status catgeory, and subsequently move into a status that has a 'To Do' category, the 'rejected' category remaind.

The issue in the screenshot had been rejected initially. It was then deceided it would be progressed, and was sent to the client for feedback.

However, the status category has not changed from 'rejected'.

Status is showing as In Progress. When you said 'move into a status' I would expect the Status would be To Do, not In Progress. It looks like Rejected is separate field.  What are you doing when you say 'move into a status'?

Sorry - reading back, that is poorly worded.

Essentially, I can;t work out why the 'rejected' flag is not being removed from the ticket when I changes its stauts to 'In progress'.

How is it being initially set to Rejected? It is either being set by the user or set with a post function or script when being moved through a transition. If not by the user, you need to clear it and set it to To Do using the way it is being set to rejected.
