Statistics in general over all projects - metrics

Hi, 

Does one know how I can gain an overall metric of how many projects, automations, workflows one has operating within their business? I would like to utilise this material for a newsletter I have ongoing with the business and I would like to gain accessibility to these numbers very easily for all Atlassian products.
