Sprint story point badges not correctly mapped to statuses

Our sprint story points indicators are not correctly mapped to the statuses. The blue badge is supposed to represent "In-Progress" but it's showing our "Done" points. The green "Done" badge has zero points. The grey badge is correctly showing the 2 points for that one issue in the Backlog.

This happened after we added a second Done status labelled "Deprecated" while we were experimenting with workflows. We deleted it and went back to our original workflow. This is how it looks like now, with only one Done status.

I can't figure out why. Is this a bug with story points?

That symptom appears related to this defect which was just created today, which you may watch/vote for to see progress.

+1 for solving this.

This has happened on our board yesterday as well while modifying our workflow. Reverting back to a default workflow with 3 states (To Do/In Progress/Done) has not fixed the issue, all our Done tickets' story points are mapped towards In Progress story points total for the Sprint now.
