Sprint boxes within BigPicture

Hi @Anna-BigPicture , I have created a BigPicture view that pulls in a number of sprints via 'task type' and 'group tasks' set to 'sprint'. Am I not able to move the sprints up and down the board with this view? 

Also how do I roll up all the sprints into their summary lines with one click? At the moment I am having to minimise each sprint individually.

Do you want to move Sprints on the Gantt or the Board module? Could you please describe to me the issue more precisely? Thank you!

Regarding collapsing tasks structure by specific levels, unfortunately, it's not possible at the moment. But we are working on this and the feature request is already on our list.

Have a look at ONE-31181. Please follow the ticket to be up to date with the functionality progress. Please note that it is best to open the link in the incognito tab of your browser.

Hi @Anna-BigPicture . Thanks for the update on the collapsing of tasks, that will be really useful when it is ready!

For example I would like to move 'Sprint: Sprint 1 number 2' to the top of the gannt, how would this be possible?

Regarding grouping - it's not possible to move or order issues when they are grouped. However, also this functionality is in our backlog. Please have a look at feature request ONE-4543.

I suggest creating WBS based on Jira Sprint so you can freely arrange sprints' order.

Please go to Box Configuration >> Tasks >> Task structure and enable Sprints. See my image as a reference.
