Sprint Report display completed issues within sprint or at time of report pull?

Does the completed issues story point value seen in the Sprint Report display the points completed during that given sprint, or completed at the time you pull the report? I've noticed that the completed story points is vastly different whether you look at it on the burndown chart or the sprint report, so I'm wondering if I have been misinterpreting the value in the sprint report.

Check if all of them are really been completed. Maybe another reason is because the issues can have multiple sprints. I had problem with this in past.
