I have an active sprint and I'm trying to use the sprint health gadget in Jira. Under the board name drop-down, it isn't showing my project as an option to select from. Is there any way I can manually add the project instead of choosing from the drop-down? and if not, why might my project not be displayed as an option to select?
I believe View Aggregated Data permission may be required.

Let me clarify... The permission scheme is specific to certain types projects. First you need to establish whether this is a company managed or team managed project. You need to be a project admin or have your project admin go to project settings and at the bottom of the left navigation it will tell you which type of project.
Depending upon that, permissions will be different:
Team Managed
While in settings, click Access from the left navigation menu. If the access is set to limited, make sure that your account (and anyone else you want to be able to view the gadget) is listed with at least Viewer rights
Company Managed
Use this link to view the permission scheme associated with the project.

Verify you and other relevant users have Browse Projects permission.
