Space templates from Jira's online library defaulting to deactivated site

When using space templates not featured by default on the project page, such as the DevOps Template or other templates featured in the template library, it defaults to a .atlassian.net site that has been deactivated.

How would I switch to the current site my organisation is using? Is the only work-around to replicate what is on the DevOps template using what templates I have available via the project page?
