SourceTree doesn't start

Hi, I upgraded ST to version 3.0.8.2279. Since then it will not start. In the log file I see following:

I'm on version 3.1.2 and I get the exact same problem

Edit: I've downloaded an older version (3.0.8) and the problem persists. It must be environment related what can it be? Hello Atlassian??!
