Sorry Mate, something went wrong :(

One of our users keeps getting this error when she tries to sign up:

Reason: Unable to grant access to JIRA to new user.

Please contact your Atlassian OnDemand administrator if this problem persists.

We are using Google Apps integration. At least a dozen other users have all been able to sign up just fine. I don't see any difference in the Atlassian Users page.

I think you need to contact Atlassian OnDemand support...

Well, the bumpf I've seen from them, and the documentation agree - https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Requesting+support
