Hi Ivzhongwen!

It seems that your SonarQube URL is a "private network". Could you please confirm that the ip is reachable from your Jira server?

You must check your resource key too because it doesn't seem to be a SonarQube "project key", it seems to be a sonar property.

You can find the resource key on the right side of your project space along with a "copy" button:

If you are using SonarQube 8.x or later the right side bar is hidden and you must click on "Project Information" on the top right to get the same information:
