SonarQube Connector - Specify Different Branches for Multiple Projects?

My Jira project has multiple software components and I therefore have a list of 3 SonarQube projects set as my resource key.

This works fine, but only if those 3 SonarQube projects share the same "Main Branch" in SonarQube. One of my projects uses "Dev" and another uses "Master" as their main branches. This results in one project not being populated in the SonarQube Connector  project overview.

Is there a way to specify which branch to pull data from?
