Sometimes an atlassian (Jira, Stash, Confluence) application does not respond !

Sometimes, I notice that an Atlassian application may not respond to any query.

It may happen on Stash or Jira or Confluence.

On Firefox, the page is blank, and the circle at the top of the tab is running, running and running without any timeout...

In the logs, there is no trace at all, everything seems to be ok.

The only way to get out, is to restart the application.

Any idea of the solution, or a suggestion to investigate where is the root cause ? (network, jre, ....).

We increased memory without any success.

Please help !

Hi @manuher2 , 

as you said it could be a lot of different issues: could be your proxy (if you have one), could be network-related, or even something on your browser maybe (ad blocker ...).

The only way to know for sure  is to have access to proxy logs as well, and be able to analyze network packets if needed. You should have a word with your internal IT team (system administrators for example).
