Sometime any task or dashboard taking too long time to open

Many time me and my entire time facing the problem that while we are trying to open any project Jira task or Dashboard. Webpage gets stuck in loading in the middle of something.

As result, it does open task detail and we require to reload the page.

Even we reloading page, it does not succeed but after some time, it automatically starts working perfectly.

Note: We are using Safari, Chrome or Mozilla here as browser.

Before we dig deeper into this case, I would like to confirm the version of JIRA Server that you are running on. Can you please share that here?

Some additional questions:

• Since you mentioned JIRA task, can you confirm that it is happening to that specific issue type in the project(s) or it happens to all types?
• Did you attempt to analyze the web requests when you were able to reproduce the issue on your end? If you do, did you notice any long duration spent to load the dashboard / task?
• Any specific timing when the issue occurs? During high load when all the users are using JIRA or it just happens randomly?
• Can you confirm if you configured any additional JVM_SUPPORT_RECOMMENDED_ARGS in the $JIRA_INSTALL_DIR/bin/setenv.sh or setenv.bat file?

#1.  Such a problem does not exist for a specific task or project. It creates problem to the random task or a project and to any team member.
Note that we are using this http://messapps.atlassian.net/ URL

#2. As I am a developer so I tried to inspect element on the browser and find that some of JS file getting continues loading which may lead this issue probably.

#3. There is no specific time, but this issue occurs at a random time and in a random location. Just mind that our team resides in the different country so there is no problem specifically about any IP address.

#4. I don't think we have set any such argument.
