I have created a new issue type in my team's project. When I try to create a `Note` on our board, I receive an error message stating an error has occurred and to refresh the page.
I have tried clearing my browser (Edge) cache, using incognito mode, logging out and back in but with no luck. Other team members are experiencing the same issue for this issue type. I do not receive this error when trying to create an issue type of Task on the same board. There are no filters on the board.

@mohd ikramuddin do you receive the same message when trying to create an item from the board?
If so, this probably requires deeper analysis - for example, how the board is configured? Can you create an item from the regular create screen? Are there any required fields on create screen? How's the permission scheme configured (in case of company-managed projects)?...
