I have never subscribed to the premium free trial on any app, it wouldn't be different for this one. I created an account and didn't use Jira at all after that. I checked the emails and it said that it would downgrade to free if payment methods werent inserted.
It didn't downgrade at all! In fact, i even got a bill somehow
I tried cancelling the subscription, even if a day has passed after the expiration date, but it got scheduled to next month! I don't know if thats how it is or not.
Im genuinely confused. Can someone help me please?

I did! I explained that i was subscribed to a plan that i never agreed to and that i wanted them to remove the bill and cancel the subscription like they said they would in the emails. I even explained how i tried to cancel the subscription but it got scheduled to next month. They sent a reply, and im still confused, look:
