I have github for atlassian configured in my tenant but a couple of users including myself do not see it in our connected apps section of our profile.

Hey @Gary Riddle ,

If we're talking about 'native' app, unlike some other apps that require every user to manually "Connect" their account to see data, this one is only installed once by Jira admin. Therefore, we're primarily talking about a site-wide installation rather than an individual user-authorized app. 👈

To verify the connection with GitHub, you should check the site-level configuration instead (note that you need to be Jira admin):

  1. Go to Settings Marketplace apps.

  2. Look for GitHub for Atlassian in the sidebar.

  3. Select Configure to see if your GitHub organizations are listed as "Connected"

Is something in particular not working, or what's the actual concern here?

Cheers,
Tobi
