Some users cannot see scrum boards

Some of our users are unable to see the scrum boards on projects. We've tried logging out and back in; different browser; moving to wired connection vs wireless.... none of which has resolved.

I have opened an Atlassian support ticket, but was hoping maybe I could get a resolution from this forum.

Atlassian Support responded.... there was an issue with our instance on the cloud.... here is the follow up from support:

 

 

Hi there,

Thanks for your patience with this issue! Our SRE team was able to confirm that your instance experienced a momentary CDN performance issue, which prevented your board assets from being able to display properly within your projects.

We’ve gone ahead and refreshed the CDN and double-checked its integrity, which should fully resolve the issue without any risk of recurrence. All you will need to do is clear your browser’s cache (to ensure that the correct assets are being loaded), and you’re all set.

Your instance should be good to go, and your boards should be accessible now! However, if you’re still experiencing issues, please don’t hesitate to let me know. I’ll go ahead and remain on standby within this ticket for you, to make sure you have an avenue available to reach out to if you’re still experiencing problems.
