Can you provide more context, screenshots fro example.

Terminology is important, Jira has no questions, Jira has work Item are you referring to thoses?

What is no listing correctly, what options are missing this can be do to configuration and commenting on past issues, is possible restricted based on the status of the work item.

Best is to reach out to the Jira administrator of the instance an relay your questions there.

Here in community, most of us are Atlassian users like yourself, not (necessarily) employees of Atlassian. We don't have access to your environment.

1. The question list does not display correctly after entering Jira;
