Some has claimed the organization domain but cannot find the user who has claimed

I am trying to verify y domain but jira says someone has already claimed this domain but I am unable to  find the use who has claimed it. Can you please unclaim the domain?

Welcome to the community @Shashank Joshi !

I assume you are using Jira premium package, since you can claim the domains. Now to see who did this, you check the audit log.

Additionally, you need to be an org admin in order to un claim the  domain, since you would need to access admin.atlassian.com and also to go to Directory and select Domains, click on the three dots and choose the remove domain.

Hi @Nikola Perisic , Thanks for your reply, Currently we are a small team hence we are using free cloud. I couldn't find from where to check the audit log additionally in directory I cannot see any domain option to remove the domain. 

I am pretty confused how to resolve this issue also I am unable to delete the account as it says your account is managed by your organization contact admin. Where as I myself is Org admin. Can you please help me in this regard?

Interesting. Audit log starts to be available from the Standard package. Can you post some screenshots? Blur out confident info as this a public site.
