Some custom fields not showing in 'Customise card' dropdown

I've created a few custom fields [Screenshot 1]:

1. Platform Test - uses the checklist field type
2. Platform Checks - uses the dropdown field type
3. Platform 3rd - uses the label field type

However, in the 'Customise Cards' option, I can only see one of the custom field 'Platform Checks' and not the other 2 custom fields.

I want to know is there anything I can do to see all the custom fields I've created in the 'Customise Cards' dropdown?

Not all custom fields types are currently supported for selection. There is a change request on this topic to which you can add your vote.
