I have created below mentioned 3 custom field for my reporting purposes. Out of the 3 fields shown in the image, only Date of First Response is visible in the new Jira view. Other 2 are not visible even when the field configuration scheme, screen and context all are set exactly the same in all 3. Are the other 2 fields only available in old issue view? Or am I missing something here?
Hi @Swagat Yes, currently it's not possible to display Days since last comment and Number of comments field in the new Jira issue view. The workaround as mentioned in this ticket https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-74967 is to use the old view of Jira
The workaround is to use old view. That is not going to serve my purpose. I was thinking to use those field in Jira Automation but those are not available in there too.

The config is all correct as the other field which does appear on the issue view. There is a known issue about that: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-74967.
