Some Xray Tests do copy all attachments, other do not, why?

We are using Xray for testing. When we add a defect to a testing step, some tests do copy all evidence-attachments ("Beweis" in German) of the entire test execution without asking.

In other Test Executions we get asked whether we want the evidence of this step.

Where does that difference come from? I can not find any automation that could do this.

In the case of copying all without asking we get this info box after creating the defect. Basically it say "Xray copies all attachments. this could take a while."

Any hints?

I think it would be best if you reach out to the Vendor on this one. They should be able to help you, or even go through their documentation.
